Acer palmatum 'Inazuma' is an old cultivar from Japan from around the 1880's. 'Inazum is a bright red Japanese maple with deeply divided leaves. During the summer, 'Inazuma' turns to a dark maroon color. The Fall causes the leaves of 'Inazume' to turn a bright scarlett red. Expect 'Inzauma' to reach 8-10 ft high in 10 years.
