'Little Cindy' is a dwarf dense compact red Japanese maple selection that was found by Ray Jackson and named after his wife, Cindy. 'Little Cindy' has a dwarf, very dense habit. 'Little Cindy' has bright red leaves in the spring that turn to deep maroon as the summer progresses. Some green comes into the leaf during the the hottest part of the summer. Fall color is a bright crimson.  'Little Cindy' could reach 6-8ft in 10 years.
