Acer palmatum 'Orange Hagoromo' leaves emerge in the spring a bright orange. The leaves of  'Orange Hagoromo' are heavily divided and look like feathers. This style of leaf is often referred to as "sessilifolium" style. As the leaves of 'Orange Hagoromo' mature they turn a bright neon yellow. As the heat of summer rises the leaves will turn a bright chartreuse green. In the fall, 'Orange Hagoromo' Japanese maple leaves turn bright orange to reds .You can expect 'Orange Hagoromo' to reach 6 ft high by 5 ft wide in 10 years.
