Acer palmatum 'Strawberry Delight' has a strawberry red reticulated variegation in the spring. As the leaves mature the red variegation fades to white. As the cool temperatures of fall arrive, 'Strawberry Delight' leaves turns a bright orange to red. You can expect 'Strawberry Delight' to reach 7 to 8 ft high in 10 years. In order for 'Strawberry Delight' to give the best show of color give it protection from the hot afternoon sun. This will also allow for the color of 'Strawberry Delight to last until summer arrives.
